Nutrition and Telegram

A meal log that does not require obsessive tracking. You log a meal from a photo, a barcode, a description or a Telegram message.

Four ways to log

Every AI entry is a proposal. You approve it or you correct it before it hits the log. Nothing saves on its own.

Telegram step by step

  1. Open settings in the app. You will find a Telegram connection section there.
  2. Connect your account to the bot. You do this once. From then on the bot knows whose log it is.
  3. Send a meal. A photo or a text description arrives as an entry proposal with macros.
  4. Turn on notifications if you want them. The bot can send a morning day plan, reminders, record alerts and a weekly summary.

Today the only logging channel is Telegram. WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram are not supported. The current state is always on Scope and roadmap.

Fridge AI

You take a photo of the fridge, and AI proposes meals from what you have. You save the proposal to the log or you reject it.

Meal plans

AI generates a meal plan for your calories and macros, split into 3 to 5 meals a day. You can edit the plan before saving; it is not binding and it does not overwrite the log.

Coach view

If you keep a log and have shared it with the coach, they see your macros and entries on your card. Nutrition preview is off by default; the coach must request it, and you approve it.

Common questions

Is there a cap on logged meals?

No. The meal log has no entry cap on any plan, including Free. AI credits limit only analyses the model runs, not logging itself.

Can I log meals from WhatsApp?

No. The only supported messenger is Telegram.

What if AI misreads the meal from a photo?

You correct the proposal before saving; you can change products, grams and macros. The entry hits the log only after you approve it.

Does the product database know Polish brands?

Yes, barcode scan covers many Polish products. If something is missing, you add your own product to the library and reuse it.

Does the coach see everything I eat?

Only if you allow it. Nutrition preview is off by default and needs your consent, which you can withdraw.

Will I run out of credits if I log with photos every day?

On Free, 5 credits a month is enough for a few analyses, so with daily photo logging, yes. Barcode scan and manual entry do not use credits and are unlimited. You can also buy a credit pack; purchased credits do not expire.
