Coach start

A coach seat costs 0 zł. You create an account, start a team, invite the first person and coach them from the panel. Paid plans are about team size and the AI credit pool, not access itself.

Coach account and profile

1. Create an account on airon.coach. You register and sign in with a Google account, in the browser.
2. Turn on the coach profile. From then on you get the coach view: teams, athletes, AI proposals to approve and messages.
3. Fill in your profile. Bio, specialisation and offer feed your public page if you choose to publish it.

On Free you coach up to 3 athletes in 1 team. This is not a trial with a day counter. It is a normal account with no charge.

First team

A team is a container for athletes, permissions and communication. You create it from the TeamHub panel. Each team has its own name, description and public page, which you can turn off.

Inviting athletes

1. Generate an invite link. In the People tab in TeamHub. Anyone with the link can join after logging in; you can rotate the link, which invalidates the previous one.
2. Or invite by name. The invite goes to a specific person and waits for acceptance.
3. Set permissions. By default a new member shows you workouts, results and goals. Nutrition preview and editing of workouts, nutrition, metrics and the calendar are off by default. Turning them on creates a request the athlete must accept.

Coach permissions do not turn on from your side alone. If you want to edit an athlete's plan or see their meal log, they approve it.

Athlete limits

The athlete limit is counted across all of your teams, not per team. A coach on PRO has 10 seats to split across at most 3 teams.

The limit applies when you add new people. After you move to a lower plan, existing athletes over the limit are not removed.

Athlete card

Each athlete has one card: workout history, records, goals, coach notes and the meal log, if they keep one and have shared it. You see what you need to coach, without gluing a spreadsheet to a chat.

Templates and programs

You save a workout template once and reuse it. A multi-stage program takes the athlete through successive weeks with planned progression. Both are yours. You can apply them to any number of athletes within your limit.

Bookings and packages

1:1 bookings. The athlete books a slot with you, and online payment goes through Stripe. The booking lands in both calendars.

Service packages. You define your own packages: for example monthly coaching or a single consult, with a price and a description. The athlete buys the package online, and you see the order and its status in the panel.

Payments go through the AIron.Coach platform Stripe account, not your own. Payment methods are described on Pricing and limits.

Public coach page

You can publish a page with a bio, offer and an inquiry form. Inquiries land in your inbox in the panel. You can turn the page off at any time; for sharing you get ready-made copy, a link and a QR code.

Where AI fits

AI proposes plan changes and analyses meals, but nothing takes effect without approval. As a coach you see proposal cards and you decide. The full mechanism, including the change log and undo, is on AI with approval.
